When is the event?

It’s important to note that there are two very separate events. One completely in English and one completely in French

  • English event: October 21-22, 2020
  • French event: October 27-28, 2020
  • We have tried to make the two programs as similar as possible, but keynotes and some sessions will vary based on language and relevance

    Registration for each event is separate. Please be sure to register for the event in the language of your choice.

    If you inadvertently register for wrong event, please email us at <> and we will make the correction.

Who can register?

    Any customer of ACCEO (OGC, Omni, Profitmaster and Ogasys) can register for the event.

    If you are completing the registration for multiple people in your company, note that you will be asked to fill in their individual details.

Why are there different tickets with different prices?

There are two price levels:

  • One at $325 CAD for the “ALL ACCESS” pass which lets attendees access is all keynotes, breakouts, networking sessions, and over 4 hours of training. (Individual training sessions are normally billed at $149/h, so this option is a GREAT value.)
  • Another at $225 CAD for the “Management” pass which lets attendees access everything except the training. This option is intended solely for attendees who do not use our software on a regular basis and have no interest in seeing its features and functionalities.

If you opt for the ALL ACCESS pass, please be sure to select the exact product that your company is using, as training sessions are product specific.

Do I have to pay upfront?

Yes. The ticketing system is online and will require payment to complete the registration.

Unfortunately, we cannot invoice attendees.

Does the agenda list the full schedule/program?

Not yet. Because this is a virtual event, we can release certain parts of the program in advance as sessions are confirmed.

You can expect the full/completed schedule and program about 30 days before the event.

The program is updated live on the registration page and as we have groups of sessions to promote. We will also email you to let you know what’s new!

What if I am unable to attend—can I get a refund?

Yes. Right up to the day of the event, you can request a 100% refund.

Once the event has started, the tickets are non-refundable.
